Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
FluxPulse is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information We Collect
Account & Billing Information
When you create a FluxPulse account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. This information is used to manage your account, send you service updates, and process payments.
Infrastructure Metrics
FluxPulse agents collect system metrics from the servers you monitor. This includes:
- CPU usage (overall and per-core)
- Memory, disk, and network utilization
- Service and process status
- System uptime and availability
What we explicitly do NOT collect: application logs, database queries, file contents, user authentication credentials, or any data from running processes. We collect only infrastructure-level metrics.
Platform Usage Data
We collect information about how you use FluxPulse (pages viewed, features used, login frequency) to understand usage patterns, improve the platform, and provide better support.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the FluxPulse service
- Monitor infrastructure health and send alerts to you
- Process payments and manage your billing
- Communicate about your account, service updates, and security notices
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
Data Security & Storage
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Encryption keys are managed securely and rotated regularly.
We perform regular security audits and maintain industry-standard security practices. Every action in FluxPulse is logged for audit and compliance purposes.
Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Your data is logically isolated from every other tenant at the database level. We use partition keys and database-level access controls to ensure cross-tenant access is impossible by design.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information only when required by law, court order, or valid government request. We will notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited.
We use service providers (e.g., cloud providers, payment processors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (where not legally required to retain)
- Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Opt out of certain data processing activities
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@fluxpulse.app.
Retention
We retain your account data and infrastructure metrics for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data only as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, compliance).
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other countries where FluxPulse operates. By using FluxPulse, you consent to such transfers. We implement standard contractual clauses and other safeguards to protect your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on this page. Continued use of FluxPulse after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
